Shake the Sugar 21-Day Challenge

FALL IS HERE!!!! That means the entire world will be dominated by pumpkin spice everything!! It also means rainy day soups, boots, cozy jackets, & colorful fall leaves. I LOVE this time of year!!!

But it’s not 100% perfect, it has its flaws (WHAT?!) You don’t see it yet, but you will once Halloween hits! So much candy hits our house that we suddenly find us reaching into our kids trick or treat bag to grab some candy. Oh come on, you know you’ve done it!

So for my next 21-Day Challenge, starting October 17th, we are focusing on kicking that sugar habit!!!!!

Pairing you with a workout program specific to YOUR goals & needs

The workout is at home and totally kid-friendly (otherwise there’s no way I’d do it!). I chat with you about what you like/don’t like & what your goals are—I’ve done this for years and am trained to make a good recommendation for you!
