21 Day Fix BBQ Chicken
Griled BBQ Chicken

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 1/2 tsp pink salt (you can adjust to your liking)
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon adobo powder, without pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon hot smoked paprika
  • Coconut oil or olive oil cooking spray
  1. Pat-dry chicken
  2. Combine everything in plastic bag and shake
  3. Spray chicken with oil
  4. Grill on both sides 4-5 minutes or until juices run clear (this tastes great on a charcoal grill)
